Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled a minimum 24 hours in advance. If appointments are cancelled within this 24 hour window a 50% deposit will be retained. Late arrivals of 5 minutes or more will result in a $10 fee, reduced service or partial deposit retention and reschedule. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will result in cancellation and full deposit retention.
